Welcome to Ackerman & Bell. By accessing our website, engaging our services, or signing any associated agreements, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Nature of Services
Ackerman & Bell provides personal assistant and lifestyle management services through a network of independent contractors (“Personal Assistants” or “PAs”). Our role is to connect clients with qualified PAs and manage scheduling, coordination, and administration.

Work requested outside of core hours (8:00am–6:00pm, Monday–Friday), on weekends, or during designated holidays will be billed at premium rates, as outlined in our pricing schedule.
8. Confidentiality
Ackerman & Bell respects client confidentiality. PAs are instructed to maintain discretion at all times. However, Ackerman & Bell is not liable for any breach of confidentiality by an independent contractor.
9. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ackerman & Bell, its owners, officers, affiliates, and contractors from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising out of use of services or the acts of any PA.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By using Ackerman & Bell services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. You further acknowledge that you have signed (or will sign) the Liability Waiver, which releases Ackerman & Bell from any and all liabilities from this day forward.
